Only the dual wristlet comes with the extra pouch. The pouch does not include one. You must spend $16 and to get the dual pouch. Otherwise it will be the one pouch with just the design.

The dimensions of the coin purses are 4.4” W x 3.15” H for the square shape and 4.5” W x 3.35” H for the semicircular shape, the wrist strap measures 8.07 inches in length. The detachable design ensures you can use it as a coin purse, or put in your pocket, or hang on your waist.
