What is your turnaround time?

Thank you so much for shopping with us! Please refer to the listing of the item(s) that you purchased to see what shipping time frame your item(s) falls under.

Items that are on our Ready to Ship (RTS) turnaround time will ship out within 1-10 business days.***

Items that are on our Standard turnaround time will ship within 3-5 weeks.

Items that are for preorder will ship within 5-8 weeks.

***If you order Ready to Ship items with non ready to ship items, your entire order will ship out once everything is ready. Please refer to the specific listing for the item(s) you are purchasing or have purchased for more information. If you purchase items that have different turnaround times, your turnaround time will automatically default to the extended timeframe. We will not send out items separately. If you are looking for select items sooner, we suggest doing two separate orders.**

Do you have a question regarding shipping/delivery?

U.S. orders

All U.S. orders are sent out by ground shipping through USPS. These orders will typically arrive between 3-6 days. However, USPS is now handling ground shipment to Hawaii and Alaska differently and it may take up to 15 or more days for ground shipping. Tracking will be sent to the email provided on your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

International orders

International orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. They can take anywhere from 2-25 days. However, if there are world events happening where shipping is affected there may be a delay in shipping time. If duties, taxes, or other fees are enforced, the buyer is responsible for those charges. Please keep that in mind before purchasing. Please confirm that your address is correct for checking out. We are not responsible if your order does not arrive because the address is wrong. We may reach out asking you to verify your address so please provide an email on your order. If you refuse your order because of additional fees (i.e. customs, taxes, etc.) and the package is returned, we will not refund your shipping charge or any additional fees that we receive. 

Do you ship to resorts?

Unfortunately, we no longer ship to any resorts. We've had issues in the past with packages being delayed or lost. If you put a resort address in for the shipping address, and your order is sent there, we are not responsible for any lost packages or delays. You will have to work with the resort to figure out where your package is. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns. If you have any problems with your order once it is delivered, you must contact us within 48 hours after the item is delivered. We will confirm this with the tracking number. 

What is the Pixie Dust Outlet?

The Pixie Dust outlet is our outlet store where we sell leftover inventory, or inventory that may be slightly damaged. That is when some items may have bubbles, scratches, little marks, etc. Please be mindful of that before purchasing. 

Can you change your order after it is placed?

Once an order is placed, there can be no changes and it is final. Please review your entire order before purchasing. 

Can I bring glass cans to the theme parks?

Please keep in mind that glassware is prohibited in theme parks. Therefore, we suggest you use these glass cans to have the magic at home. 

Do you offer cancellations?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations.

How should I clean my cup?

Hand wash only with mild soap and cold water. Do not scrub the design or soak your cup. It's important to remember that these cups are handmade (with pixie dust) and need to be treated with care. 

Do you straw toppers fit all types of straws?

Please keep in mind that if you are purchasing our straw toppers for a straw that was not supplied by us, we cannot guarantee the straw toppers will fit seamlessly. There are many different widths for straws, and these fit standard straw widths. If you are purchasing a tumbler/cold cup from us, we will make sure all toppers fit the straw provided. Thank you!
