The turnaround time for the tumbler is listed when you select which color you would like. If your tumbler says ready to ship turnaround time, your tumbler will ship out on 1-10 days. There is a chance that your order will ship out before this turnaround time, but please do not message us asking when your order will ship as we are stating the estimated turnaround time right here. If we experience any delays (which we do not anticipate), we will reach out to let you know.

If you order an RTS item or another item that is on a different turnaround time, everything will ship at once. We do not separate items in the order. If you need things sent at different times, please purchase items separately. 

While this design is permanent, we suggest to hand wash only with a mild soap.
