If the tumbler you purchased says Ready to Ship, then your order will ship out within 1-7 business days. 

If the tumbler you purchased says Extended Preorder Shipping, then your order will ship within 3-6 weeks.

If you order an RTS item or another item that is on a different turnaround time, everything will ship at once. We do not separate items in the order. If you need things sent at different times, please purchase items separately. 

The designs are laser engraved. These tumblers are non-branded. 

This tumbler comes with a lid and straw. 

Straw Buddies are sold separately and  can be purchased here. If you would like to use this tumbler with more than one straw topper, we suggest purchasing a 13 inch straw from us as well. That can be purchased in our accessory section along with our straw toppers.

These cups are made to order, so please understand these cups take some time to process and create.

While this design is permanent, we suggest to hand wash only with a mild soap.
